TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DAVISVILLE LABS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF REVENUE, PROFITS, OR ASSETS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS OR $100.00 USD IF NO PAYMENTS WERE MADE.
